Farms, Suppliers and Friends

Terra is built upon the ingredients, produce and local suppliers whose ingredients make up our menu every night. Simple, seasonal and sustainable is the name of our game.

Abundant Seafood

Mark Marhefka’s Abundant Seafood of Charleston, SC provides the restaurant with sustainable seafood, a staple of the Terra menu.

Allan Benton’s Country Hams and Bacon

Most things are better with bacon and Allan Benton’s, out of Madisonville, TN, is the best.

All-Local Farmer’s Market

Many of Terra’s favorite farmers also sell at the All-Local Farmer’s Market here in Columbia. Check it out on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Anson Mills

Milled right here in Columbia, Anson Mills provides new crop heirloom grains and legumes.

Bell Honey

Nothing’s better than honey, and no honey’s better than Bell Honey from Rembert, SC.

City Roots

Columbia’s in-town, sustainable farm for greens and vegetables.

Caw Caw Creek Farm

Emile DeFelice’s Calhoun County, SC pastured pork is always a staple on the Terra menu.

EcoFriendly Foods and Bev Eggleston

Eco-friendly farmers sell Bev Eggleston their live animals and he handles the rest of the process: slaughter, processing, marketing, distribution and receivables. Some of our best pork comes from Bev, a great friend to top chefs on the East Coast and certainly to Chef Mike Davis and Terra.

Freshly Grown Farms

Just outside of Columbia, Freshly Grown provides hydroponic greens and produce from lettuce to award-winning arugula.

Manchester Farms Quail

Manchester Farms, based right here in Columbia for 35 years, provides quail—a favorite of Terra diners.

MiBek Farms

MiBek’s pasture-raised beef grazes on grassy pastures and soy hulls in Barnwell, SC.

Red Fern Farms

Grass-fed Tunis heritage lamb is a Terra springtime favorite from Red Fern Farm in Gray Court, SC.

Split Creek Farm

Split Creek Farm’s Anderson, SC goat dairy provides goat cheese used in one Terra dish or another nearly year round.

Wil-Moore Farms

Lugoff, SC’s family-owned Wil-Moore provides eggs, poultry, beef and other products from its own Happy Cow Creamery.
