Chef Mike Davis will be cooking and smiling with friends old and new at the Charleston Wine + Food Festival. Taking place March 1-5, we are honored to be cooking at a couple of events over the weekend. On Friday March 3rd in the Culinary Village on Marion Square, Chef will be cooking with chefs from all over the country from 3:30 to 5 p.m. On Saturday, he’s excited to be cooking at an event known as Pinot NV, which groups a few chefs with a bunch of winemakers to pair dishes with pinot noir. These events should be a blast, and if you are attending the festival, please stop by and say hello!
